1. How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been submitted to the shipping company, you can send an email to info@pazarium.com.tr to cancel and we cancel your order. If the order was sent but you want to cancel it, the delivery and shipping charges are yours.
2. Can I return orders ?
If you would like to return your order after receiving it, you can return it within 14 days. This period is 24 hours for evening dresses.
No replacements can be made for underwear, cosmetics and swimwear
Delivery and shipping charges in return transactions must be paid by you
There is no return of products from outside Turkey. Return of products only takes place within Turkey.

4. Which products can be sent back?
You have the right to return the products you have received from our website within 14 days. Products must be unused and undistorted,labels must be Not ripped.
Products not returned;
a. underwear
b. Cosmetics
c. Swimwear
5. How is the refund done?
We will start the process as soon as we receive your order . After transactions are processed by us, your bank will take 14 business days to reflect the amount paid to your account.
Important: Delivery and shipping charges are not returned to the buyer.
6. Can I make changes to my order?
We can not Providing product switching service for orders outside Turkey. But we offer the process of returning the product instead. After you can return the product, you can place an order again.

The transportation fee varies depending on your region and the number of products, currently based on the region but if any change in shipping fee will be by pieces
